These are the General Terms and Conditions of B&B Yn 'e Haven, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 92460496, registered at Kruspaed 4A, 9264 TE Earnewâld, VAT number NL866056300B01. These terms and conditions apply to all services of B&B Yn 'e Haven and to any use of the website www.ynehaven.nl and underlying web pages (hereinafter: the 'website'), e-mail info@ynehaven.nl (hereinafter: e-mail) or telephone ((0031)(0)6 8371 5144 (hereinafter: telephone).
By using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. B&B Yn 'e Haven has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. It is advisable to (re)read these Terms and Conditions upon repeated use.
Reservations and services`
You can book an apartment at B&B Yn 'e Haven via the website, by email or by phone. Please guarantee reservations with a 10% deposit or a credit card valid on the date of arrival. Expired credit cards are not accepted.
For bookings made via the website, e-mail or telephone, the rates applicable at that time apply. B&B Yn 'e Haven is at all times entitled not to accept or execute a reservation, or to attach additional conditions to the acceptance or execution of a reservation.
Personal data that B&B Yn 'e Haven collects from you will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy of B&B Yn 'e Haven. The Privacy Policy can be consulted elsewhere on the website of B&B Yn 'e Haven.
You must use the services of B&B Yn 'e Haven in accordance with applicable law, these General Terms and Conditions, the accepted standards of decency and reasonable instructions of B&B Yn 'e Haven, as published on the website or provided in the complex. It is therefore not permitted to use the services for unlawful purposes, in a manner that could damage the rights and/or interests of third parties or that, in the opinion of B&B Yn 'e Haven, could in any way damage B&B Yn 'e Haven. If you act in violation of the foregoing, B&B Yn 'e Haven reserves the right to refuse further services to you. You are liable for all damages and expenses suffered by B&B Yn 'e Haven as a result of the violation of this provision, without any prior claim or notice of default being required.
Cancellation and termination
Non-Refundable:
Non-Refundable reservations cannot be cancelled or postponed. In case of cancellation, the full reservation amount will be charged.
Since the services of B&B Yn 'e Haven relate to accommodation and/or recreational services that take place within a certain period or on a certain date and/or time, legal provisions that give the customer the right to terminate a contract concluded remotely without giving reasons and within a certain period do not apply to the contract concluded via the Website, by e-mail or by telephone, nor to the services.
Payment
The rates listed on the website are inclusive of VAT and any other surcharges, unless otherwise stated, exclusive of tourist tax. B&B Yn 'e Haven reserves the right to change these rates without prior notice for reasons that justify this.
In the event of failure to pay (on time), you are in default, without the need for a prior claim or notice of default. If you still fail to pay despite the claim or notice of default, B&B Yn 'e Haven has the right to transfer the claim to a third party.
Intellectual property rights relating to the website
You acknowledge and agree that the website contains material that is protected by copyright. Certain names, words, titles, phrases, logos, icons, images or designs on the pages of this website may be trade names, trademarks or service marks of B&B Yn 'e Haven or its affiliates. The inclusion of such trademarks, trade names or service marks on the pages of this website does not imply the granting of any license to any other person.

In no circumstance will the total liability of B&B Yn 'e Haven for direct damage of any nature whatsoever exceed an amount of €500.
Only the following damages are considered direct damages:
- damage to property;
- reasonable costs associated with the assessment of the cause and extent of the damage, insofar as this assessment relates to direct damage, as described in these general terms and conditions.
- Reasonable costs associated with preventing or limiting the damage, to the extent that you can prove that these costs have led to a limitation of direct damage, as described in these General Terms and Conditions.
B&B Yn 'e Haven's liability for damage other than direct damage ('indirect damage'), including, but not limited to, moral or consequential damage, loss of profits, missed opportunities, loss of information, expenses incurred in connection with this website or a website linked to it, or for damage resulting from the use of or inability to use the website, software algorithms or linked websites due to interruptions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, computer viruses or line or system failures, is expressly excluded.
The limitations mentioned in the preceding paragraphs of this article shall lapse if and to the extent that the damage is the result of intentional or conscious recklessness of B&B Yn 'e Haven or its managers ('own actions').
A condition for the right to compensation is at all times that you must report the damage to B&B Yn 'e Haven as soon as possible after it has occurred. Any claims for damages against B&B Yn 'e Haven that are not submitted within a period of 6 months after the basis for the claim has arisen, will no longer be admissible.
